Start with the meal, then pick the area that already fits your day. Breakfast is strongest in town and to the west. Anastasia Island and St. Augustine Beach carry the useful lunch and dinner choices east of the bridge.

Breakfast and early lunch
The Sprout Kitchen keeps the downtown choice simple with a plant-based cafe menu. Buena Onda Cafe serves breakfast and lunch all day on West King Street, with vegan swaps marked. The Manatee Cafe serves both meals on State Road 16 and can make many dishes vegan on request.
Lunch on Anastasia Island
Osprey Tacos is the easy island stop when tacos or a bowl sound better than a full dinner. The food is made to order, and the restaurant publishes vegan and gluten-free options.
Dinner on Anastasia Island
Purple Olive gives the island a real sit-down dinner choice. The current menu marks vegan and gluten-free dishes, including a sesame crusted tofu plate with rice and wok-seared vegetables.
Lunch or dinner near St. Augustine Beach
The Floridian serves both meals at its new Old Beach Road location. Choose it when the beach is already part of the day and the group wants a full table-service meal.
